Registration and Waiting List Information

Preschool and Funtastic Registration begins in the spring prior to the incoming school year. Priority is given to children currently enrolled in our preschool classes and their siblings and/or RBCPC members. Registration for children on the waiting list, set by the date the child is put on the list, follows the priority registration period in the spring.

 

Registration Requirements

Preschool and Funtastic programs are licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services. The following forms must be current, signed and on file for each child enrolled:

* Physician's Report,

Immunization Card, TB Clearance

Lead Screening information is in the preschool office

* Identification/Emergency Form

* Health History/Parent's Report

* Admissions Agreement/Medical Information

* Blood Lead Compliance Form

How do you get on our Waiting List?

Please call our preschool office, 858-487-0824. You can leave a message on our answering machine if you reach the office after hours. Please leave the following information: Your Name, Your Child's Name, Your Child's date of birth, Your Address, Your Phone Number(s) and an email address. We will add your child to our waiting list and follow our enrollment procedures listed above.
